With all of this talk of warranty and Carlyle, and the rumors that Harbor Freight’s “Icon” line may be from the same OEM, is anyone holding out for Icon as well or shall we keep purchasing Carlyle. I really want to try their metric 3/8 set, but if Icon is cheaper and easier to warranty...

Ordered the $40 24” long 46(?) tooth 1/2” ratchet yesterday. Patiently waiting for it to hit the store. I’ll post a pic of it and my current Carlyle collection. I may grab the $20 screwdriver set and the wiring pliers set when I pick the ratchet up. How are the socket holding up long term?

Another vote for Hypertherm. Powermax 35 here. The dual voltage is nice.

I would base the decision on if you ever plan on adding a top or side accessories. I really like the Huskys’ for work bench builds, but I have not played with a Yukon to compare (none on display at my harbor freight)
