    cheap car stand

I see nail (or screw) heads in the second picture. I've had a set like this for years that I use under my jackstands when the 12 ton's aren't tall enough.

    LED Lighting

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005WM3ALC/?tag=atomicindus08-20 Turns off after a set time if no motion is detected. I have these in a few places throughout the house (kids bathroom, playroom, staircase....) The only bad part is that 3am bathroom trip you take and all the lights come on full bore...

Truelock HD / Free Flow Tile Install

I just put the free flow down, so I have not had to clean it yet. The solid tiles I just use a broom on, in fact I might have swept some of the dirt onto the free flow to dispose of it. :eyecrazy:

Truelock HD / Free Flow Tile Install

To be honest, I'd probably do it the same way I did. Free flow under the daily driver cars, and solid everywhere else. My mower drips if the grass is wet when I cut it and I don't hose it off, I'd hate for the stinky wet grass to get under the floor and smell worse than it already does after...

Truelock HD / Free Flow Tile Install

I had originally planned on doing epoxy on the whole floor, then installing the tiles only in my '3rd' bay in the garage, since that is my working area. Don't mind the mess, it's the typical condition the garage is in, and the few tiles that are missing in the picture are installed now...

Cordless tool holder and air tool holder

The air tool one is available on Summit Racing's site, I picked one up years ago for under $20. There are also pegboard version of the cordless tool holders, I think I grabbed them at Home Depot for a few bucks each, they work good for holding drills, impacts.

Working in the shop with a toddler?

Your lucky, my kids are up by 6 everyday, even getting up at 4 wouldn't give me much time to get anything done. Mine are usually both in bed by 8:30, that gives me the rest of the 'evening' to hit the garage, but unless it's something pressing that needs to be done that minute, I'd rather...

String trimmer to blade trimmer - YIKES!

I bought a Pivotrim years ago from a 2am infomercial on TV. I have no complaints whatsoever with it. It holds 4 pieces of precut string (and comes with a lifetime supply) and the attachment points swivel out of the way when the string hits something. I can make it all summer with only...

Selling a home with a nice garage

Rule of thumb I've always heard is each 'extra' indoor parking spot will add about $5k in value to the house. I was just recently a buyer looking for a house with a large outbuilding, I passed on everyone I found because people were trying to get the full amount back that they spent building...
