Can someone tell me what type of Bits these are? Not having extensive knowledge concerning Router Bits, I grabbed these yesterday at an Estate Sale to give to my wood worker Brother In Law thinking they were Router Bits.

I want to replace the Balancer/Crank seal on a 3.5 engine, 2011 Impala. When installing the Balancer could I tap it back on with a rubber or wooden mallet till the bolt catches? I don't want to do any damage to the crank bearing and can't seem to find a re install tool for that specific engine...

I have a New Britain 1/4" Ratchet that I took apart to clean and lube (no model number) While trying to put it back, together I lost the bearing and the spring bent. Is it possible to get a replacement spring and bearing for this ratchet? I have the tool to reinstall the spring and bearing. Thanks.
