New to site, my shop pics

Wow, thats awesome. I really love the attic space, kind of makes me wish ours had that. I know what you mean about the price is going up..cause ours is running way more than expected. And it deffinately DOES help to do the work yourself:thumbup:

Yeah, around here snap on is who is big..there has never been a matco truck come to our shop, a matco rep came one day to talk to us..but no truck to come around. There are a few mac guys, but I don't see them around as often. Snap on is where its at, around here at least. Plus, most of my snap...

Thanks for the words of advice, I'll have to discuss this with my father. About the crane, its just a harbor freight boom (I know, I know) with a Powerwinch 800lb winch on it. The boom is supposed to support that much too, but we're not planning on loading more than 200lbs at a time on it anyways.

Alright, it's been slow lately but here are some pics of what we have done. We went ahead and got some shelving in, and started populating the shelves. Not to jump the gun or anything, but we really needed the room and everything was sitting on the garage floor..which we are tyring to prep to...

I can't wait to move in!

Nah, I wish. I traded a ford 302 engine and around $2000 cash for it, which I still think was a pretty good deal. The box is nearly new, I have all of the brochures etc that came with it new, and it really seems to have very little wear on it. The guy I bought it off of quit his job before he...

I can't wait to move in!

Sorry, I was too excited about my new box to wait to unload it from the truck. KRL-1022 I think is the model number, its pretty massive IMO. I am slowly moving up, I know a lot of you guys have a lot bigger boxes, but for me this is pretty big. I traded a guy I know an engine + some cash for...

I *think* they were around $300 a fixture, but don't quote me on it. The wedges are great, I really don't think they look all that out of place, but then again we were the ones who put them up. They really throw light well, and fill in a lot of places.

Since my last post we have gotten a lot accomplished. We sprayed in about 50 bags of R13 blow in insulation, with a machine we rented from home depot. That was a great experience, the machine was broken and we had to fix it. One of the motor mounts had broken and the motor had fallen closer to...
