    Growing up on a farm I have seen many innovative ideas. My dad has homemade boxes the family farm has had forever. I was always gonna take apart and old grain elevator system... (Im sure someone will know what im talking about.) And mount the scoops on a wall and use them for bolt storage.

    New Drill Press

    Well after lots of searching I finally found a bench top drill press that I liked. Its a Shop fox I know its not American made but of all of the ones I have been looking at in a certain price range this is what I found. This thing looks like its going to be very versatile and fit my needs well...

    Funky Miter Saw Design

    I think for the DIY that doesn't want to measure angles and only need it occasionally the saw would be great. I just don't see it being used much in the professional home building world. Many of the pros are set in their ways... so hey why fix what's not broken. JMHO

    All good stuff...I planing on picking up a bench top today. I was spoiled in the past my dads shop had the biggest heaviest drill press I have ever seen. The thing has to way 1000-1500 pounds made pry in the 60s worked perfectly had a speed selector didn't have to mess with belts and so on...

    YmereJ...I really dont know how old the box is... I like the thing a-lot didnt pay very much for it I think 100 but it holds alot of tools and since Im just a hobbyist into vintage and classic things its perfect. I wish I could just find a matching top.

    Just saw a similar box on the vintage tool box site. It was a Mac had a bigger caster and a little different handle on the locker but other than that it was the same...they said it was built in the 60s
