    Tile floor walk-on feel

"Match your flooring to the intended use of the garage." After 7 1/2 years I have no complaint about my RaceDeck Free Flow flooring. I'll do it again if I ever have to. CJDave.

    My RaceDeck flooring project

My only other experience with RaceDeck was my buddy's 2 car garage. I helped him lay the diamond pattern tiles. They squeaked a little when walked on but I don't think an underlayment would have silenced them. I felt like the squeak came from the tiles rubbing each other not the floor. CJDave.

    My RaceDeck flooring project

I saw no reason for a underlayment. I walked on my Free Flow as we laid it and the faint noise seemed to be the sound of our shoes contacting the tiles rather than the tiles clicking against the floor. I guess some concrete garage floors are finished smoother than others. I was also concerned...

My 1969 Mach 1 is red with the blackout hood treatment so I went with red and black with graphite to break up the pattern. The 1'x1' pattern is very busy in my opinion so I went with a 2'x2' pattern. Love it. CJDave.

Brand new house. Brand new garage. What floor coating to install (SE Michigan)?

It is important to match the flooring choice to the activity that the garage will see. Mine houses her daily driver that drags in rain, sleet, snow, slush, ice, grit and whatever else. My Mach 1 sees just occasional use, weather permitting, and occupies the other half of the garage. My man cave...

    Cleaning my Racedeck garage floor

I wash my Mustang inside my garage a couple of times a year. I use the left over wash solution and a long handled brush on the floor. Works great. CJDave.

How have you dealt with a purposely unlevel garage floor?

1976 build and my garage floor slopes about 4" in 25'. I never thought it was a problem. With my RaceDeck Free Flow tiles the water no matter what the source, just runs towards the overhead door. CJDave.

A small magnet for retrieving dropped small stuff is handy as is a pair of medical hemostats or clamps for the non-metallic items. CJDave.

    Racedeck Free-Flow

My Free Flow is about 7 1/2 years old and I echo CSRPenFab's sentiments. Love mine and have zero regrets about it. I'm in southwestern Ohio and snow is also a issue here with her daily driver. CJDave.
