Smear the stain with waterless hand cleaner such as GoJo. Leave it. In a few days the hand cleaner will be gone and the stain should be also. CJDave.

I have never noticed any growing or shrinking of my Free Flow floor in 7 years. I do have one spot on the black bevel edge at my overhead door that will expand enough to raise up about 3/8" in prolonged direct sunlight. I think that trimming a 1/16th" off one end of that one bevel edge will fix...

Circular saw with a paneling blade is what I used on my RaceDeck Free Flow 12" tiles. And yes, cut them face or top down. Easy peasey. CJDave.

I love my 7 year old Free Flow but I don't have the saw dust or metal shavings you talk of. A shop vac should take care of the saw dust/metal shavings followed by a hosing if needed. RaceDeck also makes solid tiles. CJDave.

Everyone here knows better than I when the topic is concrete repair but is it clear out of line to cut out that damaged area and pour a patch? The floor is going to be covered in plastic tiles so color match isn't an issue. Just a thought. CJDave.
