If you look at the type of flooring you need for a coating versus, say, the TrueLock Flow through tile, consider your time; tile is a saving. They hold up very, very well. We are not nice to our floors either. We run quick jacks as opposed to lifts, but they get used and abused and do really well.

Protect your slab and and do not coat it until the building is up and work done. I use ram board to protect a dried-in structure floor
