Why Are There Varying Ghostshield Dilution Instructions ?

There are more than two. :-) Are you using it as a primer before 8510 or stand-alone? Interior or exterior concrete. Power troweled or hand troweled

Sequence of lift installation and floor coating

Personally I would want my floor coated and cured first. I think the risk of scratching is better than having bare concrete under. Just give the floor some extra time to cure and use care

    8510 vs PS100

My suggestion would be 8510 or our Etch & Seal . Etch and seal is polyurea which has a much huger threshold for stains breaking through

NEW Less Expensive Polyurea Garage Floor Coating Kits

It is less than ideal . Least bad option is to stop at expansion joints. If that is not possible yet you will have to sand and solvent wipe where they meet and you will see a line

Preparing for slab pour and sealer application

Power trowel is fine. Just make sure no sealer is added. You may need a little more etching than what’s in the kit for a power troweled floor

NEW Less Expensive Polyurea Garage Floor Coating Kits

We have launched "Polyurea Lite" and Polyurea Etch & Seal Kits. Polyurea Lite kits were designed to be a less expensive option than our original Polyurea kits. Coating for outdoor patio?

If you want an exterior coating, Legacy is the place. Exterior coatings are much higher risk. You need a coating that will withstand the elements and moisture intrusion or it will fail.

    TS210 Over Ghostshield 8510

Its important to understand the process. Lets say you have a large building and you are using a densifier followed by 8510. In this case we presume you are doing the two step method. Densify. Make sure no mixture is left standing. Wait 7 days + Now on the 8510 you spray 'a line' along the back...

Preparing for slab pour and sealer application

For me, I would do an etch and seal kit. Some vendors are selling without etching, I don't suggest it. We have benen down that road before. https://www.garageflooringllc.com/product/etch-and-seal-clear-polyurea-kits/

    Polyaspartic over epoxy?

Absolutely. A polyurea will be more user friendly

Preparing for slab pour and sealer application

I will let the concrete experts deal with the concrete itself. 8510 can be installed over power-troweled or hand troweled concrete so long as no sealer or curing agent with sealer is used. The methods do vary slightly. Etch & Seal Polyurea is also a great option

    TS210 Over Ghostshield 8510

I would not put anything over 8510.

    Ghostshield Oil Stains?

All penetrating sealers have the same issue. Eventually oil will soak in. We sell Ghostshield and love it. But if you suspect all stains may get left an Etch & Seal is a much better option https://www.garageflooringllc.com/product/etch-and-seal-clear-polyurea-kits/

Important Notice: Anticipated Market-Driven Price Adjustments on Garage Flooring Products

Great question. We don’t have a firm answer. Especially on American Made products. On containment mats, normally it would not happen until the beginning of next season. On the one line if imported tiles we expect relatively quick increases as even inventory on the water already will likely...

Hey All! I apologize for my absence! We have been hit hard in post covid and I have been working on projects to strengthen the company. In doing so, I have neglected this group, and I apologize. Zach is now running day to day operations and I may have him check in for me from time to time...
