Personally I would want my floor coated and cured first. I think the risk of scratching is better than having bare concrete under. Just give the floor some extra time to cure and use care

My suggestion would be 8510 or our Etch & Seal . Etch and seal is polyurea which has a much huger threshold for stains breaking through

It is less than ideal . Least bad option is to stop at expansion joints. If that is not possible yet you will have to sand and solvent wipe where they meet and you will see a line

Polyurea is easy to repair. Lightly sand , solvent wipe and right over the top

Power trowel is fine. Just make sure no sealer is added. You may need a little more etching than what’s in the kit for a power troweled floor

If you want an exterior coating, Legacy is the place. Exterior coatings are much higher risk. You need a coating that will withstand the elements and moisture intrusion or it will fail.

Its important to understand the process. Lets say you have a large building and you are using a densifier followed by 8510. In this case we presume you are doing the two step method. Densify. Make sure no mixture is left standing. Wait 7 days + Now on the 8510 you spray 'a line' along the back...

I will let the concrete experts deal with the concrete itself. 8510 can be installed over power-troweled or hand troweled concrete so long as no sealer or curing agent with sealer is used. The methods do vary slightly. Etch & Seal Polyurea is also a great option

I would not put anything over 8510.
