Getting ready to hang cord reel.

I had the same issue first. You pull the red cap back away from the light, then the light will unplug. It might be a little stiff the first couple times, but loosens up and is way easier the more you use it. I have had mine for about 3 months and love it, I use it for everything.

    Just so you guys know.

Thats their store policy, same with HD. Many people don't know, but if they are out of a certain item, and you ask, they have to give you the next item UP and the same price as the item you were asking for.

What did you do "TO" your garage today?

Re: What did you do to your garage today? I took the wheels off my tool cab so I could start building my work bench around it. Lowered the box onto 4 - 2" tall by 3.5" wide T6 aluminum round stock. With the wheels on the tool cab, the finished bench height was going to be about 44" tall. I'm 6'...

I value your opinion- what pocket knife are you carrying?

I have carried quite a few knives. Kershaw knives are really nice, but only carry the Ken Onion Leek with more business casual dressOr if I want a light weight knife. I don't feel like it's heavy duty enough for day to day tasks. The Emerson Comander was a knife I always wanted, however the...

Nice, bright, cheap (corded) work light?

I like the Snap On power cord reel / light combo. Has a 30 foot power cord, found it at Costco for $35 bucks or so. If you don't need the light, unplug it to use the power cord. Light Plugged in <a href="http://s17.photobucket.com/albums/b58/jayinkali/?action=view&current=photo5.jpg"...

Any plumbers here that can answer a question?

I was going to state the same as you. The rough in is 12" from the wall to the center of the drain pipe, so the bottom right pipe looks to be the toilet. Theres also a 10" rough in, but not too offten does that happen. Looks like there should be a wall in the center which the vent pipe will...

    Warning! bottle bombs

Awe yes the memories of dry ice bombs. Grew out of that stage, now we make mickey bombs. When we head to the desert to ride and shoot, we'll make mickey bombs at night in the camp fire. Not sure I can say on here how to make one, but it involves a 40oz mickey bottle and some gas. It doesn’t go...

    Combative Neighbors

Congrats, the new garage looks great from what we can see. I was looking at the picture posted, and I may be missing something, but why couldn't you turn the garage counter clockwise and place it straight in-line with the current driveway, then place the cement parking pad between the house...
