We Clean out these houses LONGGGGG after the people have got everything they intend on getting, usually around 6 months to a year after the people finally move out. Some just up and leave though! One mans junk is another mans treasure...

Ha...Most of the houses we do are dumps though. Flooded Basements, leaking roofs, ect. Would be much better if there was a way for the banks to get the utilities in their names ASAP instead of letting the sump pumps get turned off, or pipes to break.

Angle Grinder...my best friend is a commercial/residential flooring installer. I have worked with him on multiple jobs, including a 150 sq ft granite tile job at my parents. I know if it were my granite, i would not use a any saw other than a wet say or angle grinder. It is not worth messing up.

We bought out 30x45 kit from menards and i LOVE the 8-9' truss spacing. You get the strength from putting your perlins across the trusses standing up, instead of laying down. The 8-9' spacing allowed us to have a full loft between two trusses that we can stand up completely even though the barn...
