    SUN-105 Infra Two exhaust analyzer

disneyjoe7- you may already be aware of this, but you can not use any old tubing. There is/was a specific type that had to be used, otherwise 'standard' tubing you'd find at the auto parts or hardware stores (rubber, nylon, polyethylene, etc.) would contaminate the gas readings. I apologize for...

    Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT The Vintage Garage - Bucharest, Romania.

Re: The Blue Garage - Bucharest, Romania Interesting on the connection... I thought they looked a bit too much like a Lista! You'll have those cabinets forever, and almost can not overstuff them- IIRC, they have a load rating of 400# per drawer.

    Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT The Vintage Garage - Bucharest, Romania.

Re: The Blue Garage - Bucharest, Romania Excellent score on the cabinets! I have never heard of the manufacturer, but they are a spot-on clone of a Lista, or perhaps Lista ones are really clones of HI... who knows. After owning Stanley-Vidmar and Lista cabinets, I personally will never again...

The HF 20% coupon... I've been looking in the wrong places!

The current issue of Motor Trend has the largest HF coupon ad I have ever seen in a magazine- six pages, IIRC. Nearly every coupon ad flyer they have ever mailed to me had a 20% off coupon in it, not sure why yours do not...

Snow in my pole building, how to stop in the future?

If I am right, my assumption is it seems to be a result of how your roof was done- it looks like purlins are laid on top of the roof truss top chords, possibly to give more attachment points for your metal roof panels. This may be standard for metal roofing for all I know, but not for regular...

metal siding and condensation between the insulation

I would think adding a true vapor barrier- plastic film/sheeting designed for this purpose before you sheetrock would also really help eliminate the issue altogether.

    FS Curtis C90 specs?

Well, I was wrong in saying there were several threads on "those units". Should have said there are several threads on those types of units. Sorry I interjected without any useful information, and suggesting you run a search... here, let me help... I spent a few seconds, did a single search...

    Marquette Dyna Vision engine analyzer

I have a few Marquette testers here, and wish I had found that one instead of you... not bashing, but please don't hack it up to make a lamp out of it. While they aren't really worth much money on the market (location dependent, of course), there likely aren't too many of that model in that...

HF 25% Coupon Jan 1st Only

Didn't see it posted anywhere else (sorry if I somehow missed it), but I happened to notice a 25% off coupon on the HF website today- good for tomorrow (1/1) only. Just an FYI for anyone interested...

2 car Garage / shop with a 2 post lift on a 10k budget. Possible?

I have to agree with everything already pointed out thus far... I had a 10'Wx23'L lean-to style tool room added on to an existing 24'x32' pole barn about five years ago. Admittedly, I didn't do any of the work myself, but that little addition, with a 4" slab, 6' sidewall height at the outside...

    Help Identifying Slide Hammer Tool

No, I have always just used alignment tools specific to the disc I was installing... never used universal ones; hence, it never crossed my mind that was what it could be.

    Help Identifying Slide Hammer Tool

I'm looking for any assistance in identifying the original intended application the tool shown below was for. It is (obviously) a slide hammer style tool, although it seems more set up for installing/pushing, rather than removing/pulling. The shaft measures 9 inches long overall by .5 inch...

    Hoist is FINALLY done!

May be a dumb question, but you have 10' sidewalls in your garage I'm assuming... yes?

Need Photo Help- Sun VAT-40 Tester

Minor update- after being on one business trip after another, after another, I stopped by the screen printing shop yesterday. He is in the process of making a screen to replicate everything in white on the faceplate. Once he is done creating the screen, I'll pick up the faceplate, strip it...

    SUN-105 Infra Two exhaust analyzer

As for service on it, there is a guy in the Phoenix area that does smog tester repair and calibration. I don't know him, have never dealt with him, but have seen his ads on CL. His name is Gary - 480-580-2014 (DrSmogTest.com)

How are you guys storing these lights in your garage/shop?

Not the most convenient, but I remove the bases and store them in a large bottom drawer.

Need Photo Help- Sun VAT-40 Tester

Thanks. I will be contacting them this week for sure. Unless someone else here chimes in with straight-on, clear and centered photos taken of their VAT-40, this project may be over before it begins. While speaking with the local screenprinting shop late last week, I believe the way they create...
