I would be concerned that it is not lifting the vehicle at the approved lifting points. Might end up bending the chassis. Also, the tilting feature would freak the hell out of me. I would never get under that thing.

Only reasonable way of getting 3 cars is to put a 4-post lift in it.

Re: New Garage Build, needs imput. Something isn't adding up. 22x26 is well over 500 sq ft. I would double-check with your zoning authority on whether those dimensions are allowed before you do any more planning.

When I had mine installed, installer just ran the cables without retracting the slack safeties. When you raise the lift the first time, the slack safeties will retract once the cables become taut.

OK, how about this. You need to redo the roof, but if you vault it (or at least the area under the lift), you should still have enough room. I had to shorten the addition by 2' but hopefully it will still give you enough room especially if you can remove all or most of the current front wall...

Yeah, it really is awkward to raise only a part of the roof. This is what I came up with. An alternative is to extend the roof addition all the way back, basically raising the height of most of the garage, but at that point you might as well just tear everything down and rebuild.
