    Though not real vintage I picked up some stuff at the local flea market this morning. A complete, new, small Craftsman tap & die set, some extra handles, extra taps & dies, a few drill bits, e-z outs, a Stanley chisel, some hole punches, a reamer, etc, all for practically pocket change.

    unmarked ratchet

    I have this 1/2" drive ratchet that has a patent number and a model number (3202-R) but no brand/manufacturers name that I can see. Can somebody tell me who made it and about when? Thanks.

    Anderson & Forrester wrench

    The C-shaped plate now moves freely in both directions on mine but either way will lock the movement with no ratcheting action. Looking closely at the angle, or lack thereof on the teeth, I don't see how it could possibly ever have worked as a ratchet.

    I checked my little charger with a volt meter to determine which lead was the positive and which was the negative because some one had removed the ends. I found that it only puts out 3.9 volts when set on 6V and only 6.8 volts on 12V. There is no damage or modification visible inside so I guess...
