Who did you use for your foam? That is a great price!

Trinity Oaks Carraige House... and Workshop! (Warning... Lots of pictures!)

Since it has been converted into living space I would not be surprised to hear that there are plans afoot to add a few windows. That being said it looks pretty good in the original drawings as is.

Looking awesome and that design has loads of character! Can't wait to see the progress on the garage and what your plans are for the house.

Swedish workshop in a old brewery

Your project has come a long way in a short time and it looks like you are taking to the single life just fine. There was a line from a TV show that I think applies to your situation: from a single guy to his two married friends--"I'm going home to do whatever I want, how about you guys?" That...

    Between 485 & 705 SQ/FT Mid-Century Moto Mecca Makeover

I am inspired by the work that you have done on your really cool MCM house and am reminded of my complete incompetence as a photographer. Your photographs just blow me away.

Trinity Oaks Carraige House... and Workshop! (Warning... Lots of pictures!)

Looks like a cool project, I suspect you are not too far from me--we are in Lucas (just east of Lake Lavon). Looking forward to updates.

Build Thread: Budget Mid Century Garage #1 Build

Cool project, I think we may have similar architectural tastes. Check out Atomic Ranch magazine, it will be right in your wheelhouse.

    Tejas SteelWorks World Headquarters

Good to see another Texan on here. You will love the spray foam, it was the best money I spent when we built our house. I love your quote "implosion sounds expensive", I am thinking you may be a fellow smartass. Hopefully your wife appreciates it more than mine does as the line between...

Rebuild my Garage / German Style

Cool looking space and it looks to be very solidly constructed. Your English is far better than my German so keep the updates and pics coming.

Above 1200 Sq/FT So it begins, our new build in DFW

One last one for tonight--my Speed Queen shop vac and one of the Liftmasters, love them both. I have a lot of work to do--Epoxy the floors, get some cabinets up and personalization, right now it is just a big beige space.

Above 1200 Sq/FT So it begins, our new build in DFW

Here is my other toy space--the large cardboard boxes next to the '77 are garage door insulation kits I don't need anymore because when I replaced my hail damaged doors I upgraded to factory insulated doors This picture reminds me that I have to install the filler piece below the plate on the...

Above 1200 Sq/FT So it begins, our new build in DFW

Here are some pics of where I am now--these are of my primary bay which has my tools and where I spend most of my garage time. It is pretty raw right now will post pic of the other toy garage--I'd be too embarrassed to put up a pic of the bay where my wife parks as it is currently a...

    Between 265 & 485 SQ/FT The Scooter Workshop

Wow, I discovered this thread this evening and read through all of it like I tore through Andy Weir's The Martian the first time I read it. Fantastic job on making the space your own and your solutions to the storage issue are ones that I will be blatantly stealing with the exception of the...

    18x20 Overhaul in Philly Suburbs

Beautiful work preserving a pair of neat structures, they have a lot of charm and character that new construction lacks in most cases. I like that everything that you have done has been in keeping with the architecture of the original structures and looks like it could have been that way...

Just a small single car getting updated.

One other thought for the red stripe you want--why not use some flat trim like a chair rail painted red? No show thru of the gray and it adds some visual interest as well.
