you can call snap on's customer service and they will send a request to the closest dealer to stop by...that's what i had to do

The chrome is all there...maybe just a bad pic...and do they really have a Chinese version lol

Yep same date same series bought them brand new in an unopened package

anyone ever notice how the snap on 11mm wrench is way thicker then the other sizes. here's an 11mm next to a 12mm
