Found these 2 Stevens Spintites a #4 & #7 when I was at my dads the other day.

That looks like a typical shipboard desk/dresser combo. The writing surface folds up and latches to keep things neat. They are installed, bolted down since the ship pitches and rolls. I'm pretty sure that stuff is aluminum, it reduces weight and the ships magnetic signature.

Freebie for me: office remodel netted a lightly used 65" NEC LCD monitor. Timely since my old 50" plasma bit the dust last month and I've been to busy to shop for a replacement that I won't regret. I just need to track down a stand and some BNC adapters.

Dug into this freebie/dumpster rescue. Found a broken head bolt. Extracted and replaced. Fired it up and runs like a champ. Needs a new guage on the regulated side but thats no biggie.

Rainy, hot and muggy here. Replaced an old T12 ballast with an electronic programmed start one, switched to T8s. Common sense Would say throw away that big clunky fixture but, I like the way it looks. Repaint next...

Here's my GI set. I added the 9/16 & 3/16. For some reason the 1/4 is the only one that gets the funky white coating.
