    Non insulated slab, do you mean no perimeter insulation below ground? Or under slab insulation? Or both. I'm trying to avoid a cold floor without going in floor radiant.

    Those of you with hanging heaters in their garage, are your floors warm? I'm contemplating a furnace with duct work so I could make sure the heat is getting towards the floor evenly vs a simple hanging hotdawg style heater. Just don't want to be under my truck in the winter and see my breath.

    1/2 org is 22 bucks here. Mills have been shut down from the rona, that's what they told me. Siding products are starting to get scares too.

    Spend the extra money on making your building tight. Spray foam the seams or use caulking. I would take a tight building over a insulated drafty building any day. Fiberglass is nothing more then a super efficient air filter. I .in a fiberglass don't get me wrong, you just have to stop the air first.

    if I poured a 8x16 footing then poured a wall just to the ground level that's 12.25 yards of concrete. If I do it my way it's 10.4 yards of concrete and saving probably 750 bucks in wood to build forms. My trench of concrete will be 10in wide, blocks or wall will be 6in or 8in wide. I have...
