A friend has a 1999 E350 V10 and it's throwing p0171 and P0174. We've checked for leaks, sprayed carb cleaner around the intake but haven't found anything. I don't have a smoke machine, which would make things considerably easier. I checked and cleaned the MAF but it really wasn't dirty. I think...
$37 shipped from Amazon. Tooltopia wants $70 for it. I don't know if this air hammer is any good but it comes with 4 chisels so that seems like a great deal to me. I bought one, I was going to buy some chisels anyway.

I'm looking for 1/2 drive 12 point deep sockets in 23 and 25mm. I only want USA made, can be US Craftsman, Husky, Kobalt, NAPA, etc., or SK, Wright, Armstrong, Mac and so on.
Thanks.
..., non-ratcheting, besides Cornwell? Matco is Taiwan(?), Mac and Snap-On don't make them as far as I can tell, neither does Proto or Armstrong. Am I missing something? I remember a year or so ago someone was selling some US made MAC blems in Classifieds, I should have bought a set.
Does anyone know of a resonanably priced bridge that I can use to pull a blind bearing? A slide hammer won't work because the workpiece is spring loaded. The bearing is just under 3" in diameter.
Thanks.
I have the HF Earthquake impacts in 3/8 and 1/2. I'm happy with the 1/2 but not as much with the 3/8th. For example, it wouldn't remove the caliper bracket bolts on an Impala. I've got a 30 gallon compressor turned up to 140 psi. Which 3/8th impact has the most guts at a price a DIYer like me...
I'm replacing some brake lines on a Honda and I removed the master cylinder to make life easier. I have a Motive power bleeder so I don't see a need to bench bleed the master cylinder. Agree or disagree? FYI, this is a non ABS system.
It looks like Sears offers at least 3 different Li-Ion batteries for their 19.2v cordless tools. What's the best way to go since I have to replace my batteries anyway? My apologies if this is a repeat topic.
I'm building a U.S made hand drive 3/4 socket set through Cripe and E-Bay but am in need of a metal tool case to store it. I don't want to pay $100 plus for a new Williams, Armstrong, et al case. I struck out on E-bay and I don't have room in my rolling box. Where can I get a decent tool case...
I want to buy a portable oxy acetylene kit and prefer US made; however, I want something reasonably priced as I will only use it for occasional heating and cutting. I found this on Amazon;

This kit does not include cutting tips and...
What is the feedback on these ratchets? It appears they're still made in the USA. BTW, the forum search function doesn't help because it doesn't allow phrases to be searched.
I have a HF China 3 ton floor jack. It will only lift to 1/2 - 2/3rds of its range and then stops. Otherwise, it lifts fine.This is my backup jack but I do need it from time to time. The unit is full of oil, does not leak oil and is not air locked. I read Hiball's rebuild thread but I can't see...
