    Metal cutting saws, 4 bandsaws and 2 power hacksaws. Blue welders, 5 and 1 plasma cutter plus 2 oxy/acetylene rigs, 1 portable and 1 fixed with an overhead reel. I only mentioned these because my Wife asked me… “Who needs all that stuff”😂

    silversolder question

    I did the copper air lines (200 feet of 1/2” L copper, 15 drops) in my shop with a Prestolite air/acetylene torch and lead-free solder and flux I had from numerous plumbing jobs. I did it over 20 years ago, it has been constantly pressurized at 140psi and there are absolutely no leaks.

    Has anyone EVER used a 16mm or 18mm wrench/socket?

    Yes, I used 18mm a LOT back in the 80’s on GM front wheel drive bell housing bolts. I still have flashbacks, 6.3 warranty time to R&I+O&H a TH 125c.

    I would carefully heat one side of what appears to be a nut to expand it then try spinning it off.

    This, Years ago one of my students doubled (stacked) the roll pin holding the internal shift block to the shift rail on his Borg Warner T-5. I told him I would give this a shot but I didn’t have much hope it would work. It worked amazingly well on both roll pins.
