They are all made in Germany. You can look at the 2011 catalog. It shows which tools are German (luckily most of their tools are German made).

I have used the fine tooth Facom ratchets and they are every bit as good as my older Snap On ratchet. I also own the Hazet version (916F) and no problems here either. Facom makes professional grade tools, so you should be okay.
