    Anti-Seize Lube

The brand you use does matter. Some companies skimp on the metal to save $. There is of course no way for you to tell if a company lessened the amount of metal flake in their formula, until after high heat cycles you go to remove the fasteners and they're STUCK. When the paste dissolves the...

Haha. My expectations were unrealistic. These are not for STUCK fasteners, just rounded or damaged. I tried them on STUCK fasteners. That being said they are great for their intended purpose so no, you can't have em lol Sent from my 0PCV1 using Tapatalk

I dished out cash for the 10" raptors. They say they're good for rounded or painted hexes. I honestly should have saved my money. I hesitate to say they're useless in removing rounded fasteners only because I haven't tried enough techniques, but I'm not impressed. Sent from my 0PCV1 using Tapatalk

I have come to know, love, and appreciate good quality pliers. Channellocks, SK pliers, Klein's, Leatherman to name a few. Knipex pliers are growing inside of my tool bag. Blue handles are being replaced with red, and USA with GERMANY. Some blue handles kept their spot, while the red ones turned...

SK open ends seem a little sloppy?

Right. They will loosen a tightened bolt or nut. You'll just have a tough time not rounding the corners of a soft or rusted bolt or nut vs using one with "teeth". Point is though that sometimes you can't avoid using the open end to tighten or loosen. I personally hate running into those...

SK open ends seem a little sloppy?

Sometimes you can't get a box end on. Ex if the bolt has something just to the left or right of it. Reason why manufacturers use tooth or groove technology in their open end jaws.

    The DeWalt Addiction Thread

I bought this handle for my DCD995. It's the exact same as the black polyamide plastic handle. I believe the metal is magnesium in this handle.
