Hex bits falling out of sockets (SK)

My Sk hex bit sockets use that compression ring pin thingy? That supposedly you can remove with a pick, which I haven't been able to do..but never had a hex fall out. There's noticeable play in them. I have 1/2" Dr 3/8 long hex, and short 1/2" 9/16 and 5/8...I have a 1/4 Dr cman pressed set and...

Spark plugs getting stuck in socket.

My problem with my rubber boot socket is my extension comes off of the socket once the plug is torqued and I go to pull my socket out. I have locking extensions in 1/4" drive but no 3/8", so I make do with using some long reach pliers and grab the socket with them.

    M18 9.0 batteries

FYI I'd like to know how much they are going to charge for these, or if they're already in retail how much they charge, but I just threw 250 out there as a guess, but if I were to guess again, I'd take it down to 200.

    Circ saw experts!

Just last week I gave my 18v nicad PC saw, full size one, to my next door neighbor. He's a painter but gets into the other trades as well. The saw worked great, just needs a charger for the 18v battery

    Circ saw experts!

Yea I thought about that and technically, if both motors were sitting side by side with drive shafts parallel, they'd be rotating opposite each other. Lefty loosey righty tighty when working overhead confuses me sometimes, and this is right up that alley lol.

    Circ saw experts!

Anyone know why my 6 1/2 and 7 1/4 battery saws have the motor on the right of the blade vs the left? I enjoy a great line of sight like a worm drive but with half the bulk. Also, blade rotation is CW vs CCW and the blades are designed accordingly, although I have older 6 1/2 blades from...

Thank you for these updates! I've been patiently waiting for Dewalt to drop a 7/16 impact driver. Move over Bosch and Milwaukee! Also looking forward to the new impact wrench!

Anybody know anything about this Kennedy Box?

My old Waterloo box had missing lock and the actuator rod was bent. I called Waterloo and gVe them the model number off of the label inside the top drawer. They gave me a parts list and a few days later I had everything I needed to make my box like new. You may be able to do the same with Kennedy.

Who really cares. IR also has a 20v line, Dewalt is not the only tool manufacturer to do that. If you bought into the marketing strategy you'd be doing yourself a favor, so what's the problem? Money well spent on my Dewalt tools
