Anyone recognize this early wrench forging mark

Picked up a nice little assortment of little wrenches today. Some old Billings , Barcalo, Bonney etc. 1 wrench had no name, just a nice forging mark , no sizes either so I'm guessing pre 1920's. I looked on alloy artifacts I didn't see it.

    Unique Hex drive socket set

My Dad had this set for years, came from a friend of my grandfathers. We have looked but found no info about it. Whats unique (to me anyway) is the "holding pin" that locks the socket in place. No tool manufacturer markings anywhere. Any ideas ??? Thanks !
