    Mixing antifreeze-Tap or distilled water?

    I always buy distilled. Cost not really a factor as it almost under $1 /gl. Distilled, no minerals at all, o fluoride, chlorine, iron, arsenic and all the other stuff in tap water or well water. I just stop at the grocery store on the way home with the 100% antifreeze. Never had a water pump...

    overhead door size

    30x60' Pole building. Mostly car work and storage. 12' walls. Did a 10'x10' insulated panel door for car shop and a 18'x10' tall non insulated for the storage side. Really like them.

    Just did. 30'D x 60'W x 12'H pole building, with 6"x6" (.70) post on 8'centers 2' spacing on the trusses, scissor trusses 14'4" interior height for 24' shop area, standard trusses for 36' storage area 5/8" plywood roof sheathing w/ 30yr. shingles, 6' ice/rain, synthetic underlayment 18'x10'...

    Garage Hummingbirds

    Had the exact same problem with the opener manual handle. Just ended wrapping the handle with black electrical tape. No more hummingbirds.

    Various forms of Loctite, How are they?

    Blue works great on most basic jobs. Only time I used red liquid was on a car flywheel that connects to a 5 speed manual trans and the car is driven some what sporting. On that same car I used blue on the pressure plate bolts. Blue on the bell housing bolts. All has worked great for over 5 years...

    Tyvek will stretch some with building expansion and contraction. Wrap it as tight as you want when installing, but it will sag some after as you look at it from the inside.
