What bit ratchet has the smallest head?

Never broke, or rounded any of their bits in my many years of using their sets. Proprietary doesn't mean much, at least to me. It's just another specialized tool that holds up well. I've tried many other bit ratchet sets, none compare.

What bit ratchet has the smallest head?

They're made at Roger's Manufacturing Co (72 Main St Rockfall, CT). A company that specializes in plastic injection molding. The WFMC ratchet is a "side hustle." I wrote the owner recently about their bits. There isn't much demand for them to do full time production, especially since their main...

    Krytox

If you work in the semiconductor industry, Krytox is the standard do-all grease for everything. At every fab, there's a vidmar consumables room, and the large tubes are "free" for the taking. I've amassed a small collection of large and small tubes, along with the special jars. I still have a...

    Show us your portable toolbox!

Thank you sir. I did the cutout foam thing many years ago, but when you change or buy new tools, it didn't make sense. The DIY foam dividers have held up for 2 years now.

    Show us your portable toolbox!

I know we're out there. But I don't see many FSE toolcases posted, so here's mine. I can take more detailed photos, but the contents change every week. The stuff on the board, are what stay in all the time. I could remove and replace single tools as needed to save weight, or change it out...

Diagonal flush cutters for plastics and cable ties specifically

I have the Swanstrom S66E. It's hands down the best flush cutters I've ever used. Mine is a dedicated cable tie/plastic cutter. The blades are adjustable and the long ergonomic handles are very comfortable. The choice in handle sizes are a plus. They're offered from 4" to 9" lengths. 6" seems to...

Hex Keys - The Whole Story

I admittedly am addicted to collecting hex key sets as well. But when you work on machines a lot, you use hex keys daily. Since using Wera hex keys, with the Hex Plus design, I haven't found anything close to matching it's function. At least until now. MAC Tools has their RBRT hex design, which...

    What to get in Germany?

I just came back from being in Munich for 4 weeks for work. Best advice, enjoy the sites and culture. The easiest and cheapest way is to just buy it online and shipped to your hotel. I did that with a Stahlwille and Hazet set. But I had the time there to do this and receive it. Stores close...

    Unpopular Opinion - Tool Storage

Packouts are not acceptable. But the aluminum cases are our company's standard and should always be used. I did recently find out another reason why we can't use the packouts, they can generate or hold static, and that's a big no-no in our industry.

Looking for help on locating a storage container

Flambeau makes size specific organizers. They actually offered industrial ones that came in yellow. I have these, and they outlast the regular clear cases.
