The torque wrench only gets used after the bolt is snug. Of course, snug means different with a M6 water pump bolt vs a 30mm axle nut.

I needed a #3 Philips a couple of hours ago and grabbed one of the made in USA Milwaukee's that I got months ago, but never tried. It worked great. It's not magnetic, but it could hold a #3 philips upside down with no problem. It's definitely an improvement over the import Milwaukee.

I bought a Kobalt one many years ago and it's my go to. Last year I got one of the Carlyle 1/2. It's nice, but no where as handy (too big) as a long 3/8 flex.

I've got one and rarely use it, but when I do it's incredibly handy. The last use was about 2 months ago when I was cutting up a huge fallen oak. It made the job much easier and safer.
