I am not sure if this has been said. But get a set of cheap Evolv cman sockets that are spline drive or whatever. They had a demo in store and a 4 point bolt was one of the things that it could fit onto.

i got a WEN on amazon for $18, it has variable speed setting so I dont see much of a value in spending 4-6 times as much money for the same thing.

Honda civic axle nut is 32, common car. But You could save a bit of money getting a smaller set, and buying individual harbor freight sizes, it might be a better option. But if you have OCD a big complete set looks nicer.

My oppinion is get 1/2 6pt impact sockets, and maybe a cordless 1/2 Milwaukke impact gun! You can do some serious damage with this setup, lugnuts in seconds etc. Get a 3/8 adapter too for smaller stuff? This 10mm - 36mm set from matco is a good deal if you can get it on sale for around $190 ...

What I meant by master of none is that they are neither shallow or deep, they dont do either well. They are average, middle, not a master but an amateur. I am glad you find them to be better?

Those super cheap Tekton snap rings are actually really great. I like the spring and the look and feel! They seem very close to Knipex too.

its good to have a set of 12 points, for 12 point bolts. But it comes down to prefrence if someone likes to use 12pt or 6pt. 6 point is built better and has benefits like being stronger etc. 12 point is "faster" or something, I use 6 point in chrome and of course impact. My 12 points are dusty.
