Have them scanned for future reproduction and laminated for durability. Shouldn't cost much, especially considering the value should you decide to shop them around.

I think you've made great use of the space. Everything is tucked up against a wall and gone vertical. I wonder how low the compressor is inside the house considering it looks to be against an interior wall.

I bought a house 3 months ago with no remote and a wireless keypad that didn't work. Still opening the darn thing from inside with the button.

My girlfriends Nissan Xterra has that exact thing. But you have to do it level or it'll miss the whole thing. Learned that the hard way!

Wow that really looks good. I have a question which anybody can answer. Where does one get funds for such a transformation? I've just bought my first house and I can't imagine coming up with another $100k for a big add-on like this.

I'd say if you're not out any money AND you sold the house - in this market, no less - just take it as a learning experience and move on. Next time you'll know to have someone on your side of the bargaining table present during inspection. Congrats and hope the new place is what you wanted.

The house I just bought has an 11x13 Ted's Shed (wood framing and floor, aluminum panels) and double doors. Lasted through the hurricanes with nary an issue.

Huh thats weird, I just noticed the other day the bar lube tank on my new pole trimmer was empty. I didn't suspect it was leaking in storage but I guess now I know!
