    Atlas vs. Craftsman acessory numbers?

Could have been a number of reasons. Paint color could be one reason. The casting numbers are the same, just a different part# label slapped on a box.

Found this on an auction site. It's a large wooden Parker vise that was used as an advertising sign. 44-3/4" x 61" Pretty cool but the starting bis is $2500.00 Ouch!

    Why not Bosch?

I've had a bunch of cordless drills over the years but this one is by far my favorite. So much so, I bought 3 of them to keep at different locations I work at it. Fits in the smallest of spaces and as Acer66 said will drive a 3" screw without a problem. I have the 12v reciprocating saw as well...

Here's an old Parker 20 that I finished. I tried to keep it with an old patina look. The handle was bent badly so I replaced it. It was missing all of the base parts so I made them so it could functions as through bench swivel base vise.

4Nines, That is a really cool piece of vintage metal. What are your plans for it? Your's definitely looks like a swivel base. I found a picture of one from an auction that looks like a stationary mount. Maybe they did custom adapter plate mounts. Good luck in finding the mate to the stand.

Here's my modified common 1/3 HP 397.19580 I made an adapter plate to fit a side table from a Baldor 6" Carbide grinder that I snagged for cheap. I wanted the side table to grind HSS lathe bits. It works out great for that! -Roger
