Have you drained your compressor lately? Also 100psi is somewhat low. Running 120-140 really brings out the guns power.

What style/brand chuck? We use our handheld 9amp drills hard at work, so I made a bunch of custom chuck keys for when they start to get harder to use. Just an old screwdriver welded to the original chuck key gives you way more leverage, and will usually unstick any chuck.

I had one pipe jaw, and one vice jaw missing so I grabbed two chunks of A2 tool steel to make them. pipe jaw is 3.75"x2.875"x.720". I'm not mapping out all the notches though.. haha.
