    Concrete Sealers

40 x 60 x 16 shop. The guy who did my flatwork said he would seal the concrete as well, as he has done. The finished product was not hat I was expecting, so before filling the place up I figured I would ask some questions. The sealer applied was Thompson Water Seal. I was reading this...

    Big *** Fans ShopFan

Nice! The other fan that BigAss recommended was a 8' or 10' Isis. I could get a 8' or 10' fan between trusses (12' apart) and above my lights, which are on the bottom of my trusses. I think the Isis is the way to go.

    Big *** Fans ShopFan

Shop is 40x60x16 in South Florida. I have 15' 4" to the bottom of the trusses. The fan hangs just under 24" if installed without the yolks. The fan will be below the lighting, no getting around that in this scenario. I do not need the yokes, since I am installing on a flat service, but the...

Anyone personally have a Big *** Fan "ShopFan" in their building? I have been considering, and just about ready to purchase, but figured I would ask. http://www.ruralking.com/hardware/cooling-heating/cooling/air-conditioners-accessories/big-***-fan-14-ceiling-shop-fan-115-volt.html

Ideas on how to move a shed.

Outside of doing it mechanically, this is about the easiest way. It's 30' of level ground, it's going to be hard to make it much easier.

No. They had 4 hand cranked winches on the tops of the 6x6's and just cranked them up, 2 sets at a time.

Needs some tips on funding a pole building

Your best bet is going to be with a local bank, if they can't help you, it is what it is. Outside of that, you'll likely be paying high interest on unsecured debt. How much cash are you looking to put into the new building or are you looking for 100% financing? Exactly how much equity do you...
