    Asphalt Millings

This will depend on how coarse / fine it was milled. I prefer it to be more coarse, while the county here has it milled fine.

    Asphalt Millings

Where do you live? I know here in Florida it's cheap ($100 triaxle) in NY it's like $700. I live on a millings road (county) and have a millings driveway, except near the house / shop (concrete). I love it. Compact it best you can initially, rain, heat, traffic = asphalt.

    Tankless water heater

No power, no spark, no hot water. If you have or plan on putting in a whole house generator, the benefit is less demand for electric, smaller generator.

    Tankless water heater

Don't ever get the electric on demand, unless it's for a small condo (like 1 bedroom) or for an individual fixture, i.e. kitchen sink.

    Tankless water heater

It would depend on what failed, but to simplify the answer, yes it would just stop making hot water. My Rinnai Propane unit is on the outside wall, so if piping failed, no big deal (other than the lack of hot water).

    Tankless water heater

I have a Rinnai at my home, and several different brands at my business'. Here is what I tell everyone; Forget about ROI. I don't know if I am saving money or not. I do know this, I have never, ever ran out of hot water. 3 shower's at a time, no problem. The big thing to pay attention to...

What do you use for your driveway?

I use millings. Use them on everything from my house driveway, leading up to the concrete, to commercial applications. Locally, I have a really good box blade man who also has a smaller vibratory roller. Truck dumps the millings, he levels it off, rolls, repeats. After a coupld rains and...
