I carry my 3/8 sockets back and forth to school once a week and have just switched to a Lisle holder because of the arthritis in my left wrist and my shop partners and i like the new setup a lot better than the rack and clips. I've also bought 3 quick-release ratchets recently and they too help...

i just found a place named the Ultimate Garage which handles Facom - it didn't come up when i did my previous search - they mention that they lube the ratchets before they ship them to their American customers

Where can i find Facom palm-control ratchets in the U.S.? I'm interested in the long-handled 3/8 drive non-flex model. thanx, john

I got my first SO tools as a gift from a SO sales rep back in 1961. the guy was an engineer who sold tools to the fed govt i think. they were a set of black-handled screwdrivers. they've all disappeared over the years.
