bimmer630, i can't figure out "brokentool", he has too much coming through to be doing that. every week, about a hundred items, all worn or broken mac tools. even being a pawn shop couldn't account for that...

first, a little history. i do a batch return every year about this time, my shop/ garage is not heated and i like my tools ready for summer. when i called the number, as i don't have a dealer (and the nearest one only likes selling new tools, not warrantying them) in the area, i was surprised...

i don't know what is going on with snap on, but i warrantied out 11 items last week(through snap on's 800 number, as my "dealer" will not warranty ANYTHING FOR ANYONE), and the girl did NOT generate a return order to send the old tools back, just sending me the replacements.....

although i am impressed with the cart, 700 bucks is a bit steep....

keep the one you have! the air guns will suffer with the two you are looking at, too weak!

they all take 4-6 weeks for returns, just snappy is gracious enough to pay recieving shipping....

THIS IS GOING TO SOUND NUTS AT FIRST! go into the medical field and become a r.n. or b.s.n.! a nurse or doctor is basically a "flesh mechanic", except that the "car" can tell you exactly what is going on! you do have to like being around people for this, and the 2 years of schooling will kill...

i recently returned my 3/4 drive breaker bar head #L52B, this breaker bar uses the handle from the ratchet for it's torque.. SNAP-ON returned it to me with a "incomplete, no warranty applies" letter! any suggestions?
