    Favorite Chinese screwdriver?

More Chinese screwdrivers: Anyone heard of.. or tried out the Impower screwdrivers? Just got mine in the mail today. $16 and they seem pretty comfortable. I'll probably just use these for dickin' around the house and whatnot.

    Deep offset wrench sets?

I'll second that... those are bomb-*** offset wrenches and dang close to 90 degrees.

    Wright 4427 1/2" ratchet

For anyone with larger hands I'm sure the handle is just fine. Their screwdrivers have large handles too... they're awesome.

What is so special about ChannelLock?

I don't really think they're any better or worse than any other tools in their category and price-point; however, I sure do like that Made in the USA stamp on them... and those blue handles. That's their niche ..

Awesome tools you have but never use

Martin flare nut socket set .. It was case of I'd rather have 'em than not have them if I needed them, so I talked myself into spending the astronomical price for them (metric and standard). Well, I still haven't used 'em after almost 2 years.

    Favorite Chinese screwdriver?

I like the Stanley mechanics set.. yellow/black rubber handles. I use 'em quite a lot on my jeep and truck they're durable and comfortable. I see they now have the FatMax version and might pick those up as well. Also, I've had the Stanley demolition set and like those too.. I bought another...

Anyone have one of these they'd like to sell ... either brand new or close-to-new ???

Martin 3/8 drive 12pt Crowsfoot Sets

Before I drop a lot of money Martin Crowsfoot sets I though I'd ask for some feedback from some of you that have used them. If there's more negative than positive, I'll look elsewhere. But, I'm looking at those so far because they're 12pt. I like that they're USA too... a bit of patriotism...

    Milwaukee 3/8 Impact Ratchet opinion

Good to know. I know Milwaukee has a good rep and I'm pretty much sold. I have quite a few tools from quite a few brands... except Milwaukee, so I guess now's my chance to splurge and check it out for myself. Thanks for the input.

    Switching from Craftsman to SK...

Glad to see you're liking those SK's. I do as well. Although, I like U.S.A Craftsmans too...just for the sake of nostalgia. I still reach for them from time to time. And I'm glad that iconic American brand is coming back in next year or two.. so I've read. All the sockets everyone has...

Help me choose some combo wrenches.

I've got those Wright Grips and love 'em. But I've got the SK Super Chromes too and love those as well...especially since they're 6-points. So I'd go with those if I were worried about marring anything up. I don't see myself every buying wrenches again unless they're lost or stolen.

    Milwaukee 3/8 Impact Ratchet opinion

Weekend Warrior Wrencher here on my Jeep Wrangler. Just replaced the rear main seal.. actually I'll admit that I had to do it twice before I was successful. Anyways, an impact ratchet would've came in handy on all of those oil pan and bearing cap brace bolts, as well as those 4 long...

    Klutch Impact sockets

Never heard of Klutch until earlier this week when I was looking for a decent priced set of impact universal/swivel socket sets that don't skip sizes. Anyone tried the Extension universal impact sockets??? I went ahead and jumped on the SAE and Metric sets but still waiting for them in the...

    Upgrading to SK

I'll jump on the Wright combo wrench bandwagon here.... They're great wrenches. For sockets I have tons of SK plus a set of their 6pt wrenches. I really like both brands. And just like someone else said previously, they don't skips sizes. That's ridiculously annoying for me and a big reason...

    6 point wrench set

All the options everyone here mentioned would be suitable. I guess my question is what does suitable mean? Or, what it is about SO 6-point wrenches that makes them the gold standard? My opinion is that there are plenty of brands that are of equal quality and sometimes better than SO...

    Who Makes Martin Adjustable Wrenches

I've been putting together an assortment of tools for a road bag, and thought it'd be cool to throw a Martin Adjustable wrench in there since I really can't afford pretty much any of their other wrenches. Its a beautiful wrench and I got it from Ebay. But now I'm curious if all it is is a...

    Quinn socket sets @HF

The Pittsburgh Pro sockets were already made in Taiwan.. and honestly I think they're just fine as long as you use them correctly. The 1/4" deep set in particular has held up well and I like them because they're 6pts and there are no skips. I think the Quinn branding is a ploy as well. What...

    Wilde Tools

As most of you probably know... a lot of USA made tools from big brand name companies actually come from Wilde … which is great. They seem to make most of the USA made stuff for Tekton (pliers, chisels, punches, prybars, etc.), and for Craftsman as well. For those of you that don't know, you...

    SK Screwdrivers

Who uses SK screwdrivers? Does SK make them or are they Western Forges or some other rebrand? Just curious. I like supporting SK and I like them green handles too, so i'll probably go ahead and order a couple sets. But I was just curious to hear some some thoughts on them from some of you...

    Need opinions on screwdrivers

I like the Craftsman Pro screwdrivers so far, and... I have a couple heavy duty Stanley's that I keep in my road bag.. they're on the large end (I forget then actual size) and they have striking caps on the ends. I've used em a fair bit and like them so far. I don't have any of the Tool...
