when i bought this jack, i put the jack as high as it will go and i couldnt get it to lower, well i finally got it to lower, but not exactly sure how i did it and im not sure its working correctly. I think maybe things are gummed up and dont want to force anything. Thats why ill see if anyone...

theres a small metal tag on the handle that on some peoples walker jack says a day right after the word "patented", mine just has "patent nos and then the numbers", but does this mean its a older one? Where else would i look or how else would i find out what date it was made?

I found a fully functioniing walker 740 in a old farm barn around town, picked it up for 20 dollars and this thing is awesome. How desirable are these and how rare are these? I have never seen one like this without any hydraulics, so that really caught my interest.

Would wax be a good idea to put all over my toolbox to try to prevent rust or is there any better ideas? My toolbox is out in a cold garage and rust is starting to concern me as it gets older. Does anyone wax their toolbox? and if so, does it really matter what kind of wax?

well, typically a engine from a zero turn mower or a twin cylinder briggs from a old craftsman tractor is more than 50 or 100 pounds and just want a way to take out a engine without breaking my back.

I have been given a 1 ton ITT 1 ton chain fall for free and my plan is to use it to lift up small engines out of zero turn mowers and snowmobiles. How much would you trust a china made chain fall lifting up small engines?
