    Yep only shows up in the 31 cat. One of the few limited run tools in my experience that seems to be very consistent with the date code that corresponds to the only year it's meant to be made. Usually even the one year run tools. You'll find some variants in the date codes. It looks like yours...

    Does anyone recognize this? Ft. It's pretty beat up, But the arrow looks like the Pierce Arrow marking. Only the letters don't seem right. And I haven't seen a claw hammer by Pierce Arrow.
