    Maybe I'll try running the battery down in a tool first. I was trying to avoid that because many YT videos say batteries won't charge if completely depleted. If completely draining it with a tool doesn't work what size resistor do you recommend?

    My 9 AH battery wont charge It's got one light on so not completely dead Opening the battery case reveals no obvious broken welds or other visible problems How to troubleshoot? I have already received a replacement from DeWalt because it is under warranty but nevertheless want to fix this one

    UPDATE 2nd radiator shop was able to repair 6 leaks and is charging me $250 Thanks to everyone here who persisted in recommending a repair, saving me $$$ Lesson learned by me to always get another opinion when the first one seems off/too expensive BTW- the cause of the leaks was a mouse nest...

    Yeah- local radiator guy said he could record but way more $ than the new one Mulling over the idea of modifying aluminum Chinese radiator but concerned about fitting low coolant sensor. Generator won't run without it

    I went to my local shop and he said the following 1. Recore is more than the price of a new one (unfortunately TJ is too far) 2. Old Tools is right. Radiator is unrelated to engine and it's proprietary with a Mustang/El Camino to tank but custom sides and bottom New radiator for me it is then :(

    FYI- DeWalt recip saw switch

    My DCS380 was not running consistently It had to wiggle the battery to get it to run and things were getting worse After cleaning the contacts failed to improve the situation I contacted www.toolservicenet.com and the tech guy recommended a new switch I received the switch and tore the saw apart...
