That's normal for Ingersoll Rand. Even my SO Mg725 and Arctic Cat is like that.

I've had really good luck with Hansen and Irwin..although they aren't cheap.

I have the Autel 708 and have no complaints. Its reasonably priced and updates are inexpensive. I use it for Euro, Asian and Domestic cars. I bought the scan tool a year ago and its been great since day one.

The hard handle screw drivers last a long time compared to the soft grip handles. When oil, grease etc get on the soft handle it eats it up.
