    If I could, I would just modify a picquic, by adding a locking impact bitholder to it (just cut the shaft until it is the proper length for it to fit just like a solid unit, and fix it with a set screw, or superglue).     I have not used snap-on screwdrivers, but Vessel bits, and their prokon screwdrivers are good. I use them more than my other screwdrivers.

    LoL I just highlighted the only negative thing I could think of, and it isn't really a flaw of the tool. I think that wiha USA had it listed on their website 2 years ago or so, but they seem to discontinue products randomly.
