I was going to get an inexpensive cut off wheel for my new air compressor for occasional use around the garage. Is the harbor freight cut off wheel any good? I figured for $5 with the coupon might as well give it a shot unless it's garbage.

I took sandpaper and a wire wheel to the handle on my vise and then polished it with brasso but it seems to form surface rust after a couple of days. What's the best way to prevent this?

I need to soak my vise parts to get rid of almost 70 years of old dried up grease. What is the best (cheapest and easiest) solution? I was planning to soak it for a couple of day.

What is the best way to degrease the inside? Can I use the wire wheel on the gunk caked onto the slide? What's the best way to polish/shine the slide and handle?

Mine are horizontal as well. Will probably be replacing with serrated jaws when I break it all down

Just use push on hose and fittings. Cheap and you can cut it and assemble yourself. No crimping needed. Good for 300psi
