    Maui, there's only been 9 or 10 of those 5198s that have surfaced so far.---finding a donor for one of those is going to be little tuff.---You might be ahead to get the dimensions from someone and have a machine shop machine one for you.

    I don't know the timeline on Starretts.---My #326 combo has one, but I don't use it as an anvil.---The 1 1/2'' I-beam flange it sets on makes a far better beater than abusing a good vise.

    With the swivel base, they are a real handful.---Mine was on the floor and I tried to scoot it in position to take a pic and I lost a big toe-nail when it rolled over.---Use machinery when you move it.

    Yep, some combination Wiltons have pipe jaws with spring steel clips attached to the jaw that pops back into a recess in the jaw towers...
