Good eye. It's a recent acquisition for me (found used locally in great shape), I haven't even turned it on. I have a few more details that I'm forcing myself to finish on the shop before I start running it. Once I get it up and running all other productivity will grind to a halt.

^Speakers are Polk Audio RC80i - 2 way speakers with 8" drivers. Nothing special. I'll be using 2 in the office, 2 in the fab room, and 4 in the main shop. These will be supplemented with Polk and Sunfire powered subs.

July 12, 2012 Interior paint is done. ~15 gallons of primer/sealer and ~27 gallons of paint. Ceiling speakers (4) installed in main shop - speakers before lights, music is a priority. Light fixture installation in progress.

Pre-wired for shaft mounted openers like the LiftMaster 3800 Side Mount. I wanted to keep the ceiling clear of obstructions. No immediate plans to put in openers. The three car garage attached to the house will still serve as the primary garage for daily driven vehicles.

April 10, 2012 - Minor progress. Finished the mezzanine wall. Finished the workshop and office wiring. Ran the speaker, data, and security wiring. Completed the insulation for the workshop, office, and bathroom. Sheet rock starts next week. Still contemplating some supports in the ceiling...

Sorry for the slow response. The garage door jams were trimmed out with a 2 x 8 primed wood product. The inside trim is also primed wood, roughly 3/4" x 4" or 6" depending on location. We used Azek PVC for the exterior corners of the building but the rest of the trim is wood. Hope that...

They are just two different thicknesses. Because of the scissor truss design, we couldn't fit the R-38 insulation into the corners so R-21 was used.

It's a separate service from the power pole on the street so the shop has it's own meter and bill. It's all under the same account (house and shop power).

Workshop ceiling height is 100". Mezzanine is 7' in the center and 5'5" at the lowest points.
