Never had any problems with mine. Did you try disassembling, cleaning/flushing, and lube? That would be the first thing to try. If that doesn't work, take the guts out of a Snap-On and put them in the Bahco. If that resolves the problem, then get a rebuild kit when the white van stops.

It looks like they put a lot of thought into the jaws for working on damaged fasteners. It seems nicely designed for that purpose but I'm not sure that I would use them for anything else because the front jaws aren't uniform. If you were grabbing a cotter pin for example, it would slip out...
