    Legacy HD40 vs Consolideck LSGuard

I doubt they are the "same product with different labeling" However Id say they are similar as they use a lithium-based densifier then a sealant I looked at both but ended up going with LS/LS guard on my floor due to local availability https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=384395

Finished the floors in my 48x44 garage

Ended up using Prosoco Consolideck LS (densifier) and LS guard (sealer). Burnished in with a 27" propane burnisher. Came out pretty killer I think (considering it was only power troweled with no other grinding) I'm so ready to start moving stuff in :bounce:

The Amish builders did it in a few hours with a scissor man-lift The walls are taking quite some time to do though (lots of cuts around windows, doors, electrical boxes, etc)

I added isolation bushings after the photo was taken....vibrated the floor something fierce....much better now  Weird thing is that Quincy recommended against them for their stationary uprights (in the user manual)

Need help choosing heat 40x60 pole building

I have 48x44x14 with 150K propane and it heats fine...even without much insulation on the walls yet (I'm working on insulating) Also in MD. You might want to shop around for propane...I just paid $1.659 last week.
