    Concrete pour scheduled for tomorrow. Going 4" thick everywhere except in one 8'x18' area where it'll be 6" thick for a 10K two-post lift.

    if you haven't check out my thread...I just had my 48W x 44D (with enclosed 12x44 lean to) pole barn built and its a very similar color scheme (ivory wall, clay wainscoat/roof and white trim)...we color matched (as close as we could) so the ivory was the same color as the house's vinyl siding...

    Structure is complete. Seamless gutters scheduled for Tuesday. Hopefully get the stone layed this coming week and concrete next weekend Then get the 200A service ran from the house

    Yesterday's progress...Exterior mostly wrapped up, ceiling installed, and large garage door hung. Major construction should be done Friday or Monday. hope to be putting in concrete floor next weekend or so...then have the driveway redone to meet up with the apron. Still receiving bids on...

    Progress as of end of day yesterday. They only had a two man crew yesterday which limited them a bit.

    Didn't take long for the first hiccup LOL. Theres a phone company wire running across the building site. Working with them now to get it moved

    in MD, homeowners can "test" to be allowed to do plumbing...but not electrical. Only invites us to do stuff w/o permit LOL :shocking:

    Question, the site says 400sqft/gal coverage for the HD40. Is that per coat or overall finish? Original poster stated they bought 6 for their 2000sqft building so I'm assuming the latter. Thanks!

    Must be nice...in Maryland, only certified electricians are allowed to do electrical under a permit. :sad:
