    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

Fortunately or unfortunately I don't have to inflate blow up furniture/dolls too often. My use case is mostly indoor household dusting.

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

I got momentarily excited about the new trigger, but alas no reversible rocker switch :( . I guess I don't get too excited about more torque since accepting all of these need a little manual action and complimenting with impact tools anyways. A small form impacting version + some beans + a...

Think I am in the same boat. Have pretty much all of the chainsaws as well (16 incher must be going on 7 years old by now), but always think it would be awesome to have a larger saw in collection to run a chainsaw mill or something. The high battery usage doesn't scare me as much as clogged...

Stripped screw pliers - Engineer PZ58, Vamplier 6.25", Knipex Twin Grip 6"

I bought the smaller version of these after the 3 peaks version paid for itself a couple of times. Barely used though. I think these are going to last longer than some of the other engineer pliers because the locking feature allows less slippage. Also nice to lock and spin offending fasteners...

Am a big fan of the quik lok system. Between a top handle, the regular 16 incher, m12 garden shear, and a hackzall with a pruning blade am pretty much covered except when I am trying to buck something big in the middle of the trail (which also means I have to the hoof the heavier saw probably...

Good thing I missed this. I have some desire for the bigger chainsaw, but in reality the use case probably isn't there.

A splice kit would be pretty cool. Shouldn't be hard with the barbs and a coupling. Never had to do a brake bleed in the parking lot, but I guess folks do it in the Autozone parking lots all of the time. Would some plastic or rubber hose protector done any good? Guessing it got nicked near...

Understood, the deal on the kit (when available) is worth either keeping the extra batteries or gifting them. Also sometimes the screwdriver is thrown in as a freebie on top of other kits if you are interested in those other items. Otherwise if you are dead set then just get the standalone...

I keep trying to justify to myself to get the M12 installation tool, but between the non ergonomic reverse switch and so many other complimentary tools like the fuel ratchets and screwdrivers I haven't taken the plunge despite having a lot of unecessary redundancy. The m12 screwdrivers are...

I think if you can wait for the HD special buy of the days - these kits usually go off for around $80. I think I probably buy 90% of my Milwaukee stuff from HD and other official Milwaukee retailers as the deals are just better. This being said I have had a hard time finding a fake M12 battery...

coincidentally bought the Jagwire from Amazon. Good to know. I think I'll be dealing with fresh hoses mostly. Guessing a isopropyl alchol dunk will clean it up.

Yep. I have done it without the barb tool, but feel like I am at the point where just getting the right tool is the way to go. Glad to hear the Chinese ones are functional. The Shimano one that is made out of plastics is like $100 which didn't seem worth it. sounds like some long races. I...

Don't want to poke the bear on chain lube freedom of choice here, but if you are lazy like me and have a hot wax setup, but don't want to actually use it... there's Squirt chain wax lube. Close enough to hot wax in that it lasts 70% as long. Perfect for the dry and dusty Norcal conditions...

What are you guys using for hose barb tools? Park tools seems to be getting some meh feedback at least it pertains to the cutting function, but I have plenty of other tools that can handle that part. Also looking into upgrading the gravel bike to the new Shimano di2 1x setups. Could use some...

    Milwaukee M18 jump pack

Interested to see where the street price settles in at. Would be more compelling for me if it was m18 battery optional meaning that it would could charge off the dead battery like the Clore/JNC capacitor jump pack, but then be supplemented with the M18 battery for when waiting ***** or the...

    Harry J. Epstein Day 2025

I didn't think I needed a pull scraper! And here I thought it would be tough to break $100 after participating since the first Epsteins day. Here's some of the more interesting stuff of what's in my cart (and don't forget about the machete package deal):
