    Certificate Degree

Ok. In my opinion everyone, I mean everyone needs to take a year off after high school and/or go to a tech college to obtain a skill. Not many high school graduates know exactly what they want to do with life right out of the gate. Trust me I teach them. A year off allows you to live life...

Best Light Duty 1/2 Ton Truck?

I used to be one of those guys...but I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my vehicles and it takes a lot of time to be a perfectionist driving an old vehicle. Any more on my own daily driver truck I just want to change the oil and drive. And as far as towing...so much easier...

Re: Does anyone use crawfoot wrenchs? The ratchet kind is the direct quote which at least I took to mean the type used with a ratchet

Harbor freight/Pittsburgh compression tester or leak down tester

Well I have not personally used the Harbor Freight testers but others I know have and they were fine. Check to see it has the right adapters you need and go from there. I went to tooltopia and got a mityvac compression tester and otc leak down each for like 60 bucks personally.

Oil leak from the rear main seal area, any stop leak product that works ?

No...lots of oil additives that claim that they "expand" seals and o rings and not going to say I have tried them all but the ones I have don't work enough to validate the cost.

Best Light Duty 1/2 Ton Truck?

The modern diesels do not get good mileage...low teens in my experience. THat is excluding the half ton Dodge which is supposed to do awesome.

What is best way to mark nuts, bolts, and metal parts.

Bolts that have a companion nut get put together. Ziplocks work good. I get those little clear plastic one tray tackle boxes with adjustable dividers for when I do dashes. Normally in the shop unless I'm waiting on parts it's going back together the same day so memory still works.

Best Light Duty 1/2 Ton Truck?

Again...I know you can abuse any compact truck and it may do big boy truck stuff but it is still not a 1/2 ton...not saying they aren't great trucks but you can abuse and stress a Tacoma Ranger or S10 doing certain listed stuff and a 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton wouldn't even break a sweat. We talk a lot...
