The floor is all in and usable!!! This weekend we hung the garage doors, the walk in doors and windows. Got some of the siding up to mount the meter box. Now to concentrate on the roof.

The floor was poured today and expansion joints will be cut tomorrow.

Big day tomorrow.... The floor gets poured!!! spent the last couple nights putting down the vapor barrier and the 2in insulation. Also dug in a little deeper for where the 10K lift will be going so there is 12in of concrete 4x4 square for each post.

This weeks update, finished the trusses and sheathing the roof. This week will be finishing the gable ends, shingling the roof, prepping the floor for concrete and pouring.

Yes, I'm planning on building carriage doors on both ends that will open up to 8 feet. The forklift wont reach...I'll admit I didn't check the lift height before I bought it. I think I'm going to finish fixing it and sell it to get one with a higher lift.

Trusses are going up today, thought I would share the pics.

The main roof is 10/12 and the overhang is 6/12

Today the builders came back and started on the shed overhang. Best of all the trusses showed up today.

Had the lawn hydro-seeded and grass is showing already...Very Happy!!

An update with photos of the last week. Picked up a little forklift for $300..runs but needs a couple bearings in the steering box...pretty easy fix.

day two of framing....walls are all up and sheathing on. Door headers are all in. Now we wait for the trusses coming a week from tomorrow. The boys will be back next week and start on the lean too in the front. and get ready for the trusses
